We at The Hummingbird Bakery are so thrilled to be supporters of the #Veganuary2022 campaign. Veganuary is a non-profit organisation that encourages people worldwide to try a vegan diet for January and beyond. During the 2021 campaign, over 500’000 people took the pledge to try a vegan diet, while more than 825 new vegan products and menu options were launched across the world.
 

To celebrate Veganuary we have come up with a delicious, limited-edition cupcake - our version of the classic cinnamon and raspberry jam doughnut. The exclusive cupcake features a cinnamon doughnut sponge filled with raspberry jam topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting in our signature swirl. It is then dusted with a sprinkle of glistening cinnamon sugar and finished off with dollop of jam. This sits alongside staple vegan red velvet, vanilla and chocolate cupcakes which can be purchased all year round as well as larger with vegan vanilla, red velvet, rainbow or Devil’s Food layer cakes.

All our vegan treats taste just as good as the originals. We use only plant-based ingredients and make all our bakes to order from scratch at each of our bakeries using quality ingredients with zero preservatives. Not just for vegans, we recommend every cake lover give them a try. The perfect way to indulge!
